Our Training Philosphy

Both Kate & Larry are hands-on trainers with an excellent understanding for correct form & technique to ensure proper muscle function and to limit strain & injury. They wish to educate & motivate their clients to seek & attain their personal goals through safe & effective exercise. They push their clients past previous limits to achieve results never before realized. Be it decrease in pain & increase in range of motion, loss of bodyfat, increase in strength & muscle mass, preparation for or development in a specific sport or competition or maintenance of general health & fitness, Kate & Larry listen to their clients & help them reach goals which may continue to change with time, age, health and unforeseen factors. They enjoy working with people of all different fitness levels & being challenged daily to create the most effective workout program to fit the person’s needs & lifestyle.

Personal Training Rates:

$50 1 Hour Session $25 1/2 Hour Session

(2nd person = +$10/30min or +$20/60min)

Personal trainers, other than Kate or Larry, may be available for hire at this facility. They work as independents, therefore they set their own rates & hours. You are welcome to inquire as to their specialties & availability.

Kate Cooper-

Undergraduate Degree in Exercise Science:
Graduated with Top Honors 2 of the top 4 national certifications in personal training: Am. College of Sports Med & Am. Council on Exercise

Personal Trainer/Nutrition Consultant for 10+ years

Personal experience with healthy whole foods eating for bodybuilding competition & 10 yrs. as vegetarian

Continuing education in nutrition, anatomy, core, kinesiology, rehab., flexibility, pregnancy & more

Competitive Bodybuilder Ranked Top 10 in the Nation With 14 trophies, now competing for IFBB pro status

Larry Bullard-

Since 1996– Personal Trainer/Nutrition Consultant for Regional & National Champion Bodybuilders, Powerlifters, Figure & Galaxy competitors, high school athletes, and those simply wishing to attain better health & fitness

Nationally certified personal trainer

Wealth of knowledge in sports supplements from work experience in industry for 15+ years

Practical experience in gyms since early 70’s
Semi-pro ice hockey player for 10 years
Personal weight loss of 100+ lbs. in mid-40’s
