We offer a small neighborhood-friendly environment where you’ll always feel welcome. Our workout area is approx. 1600sf with enough equipment & divided space to never feel too crowded. Kate, Larry or a qualified personal trainer are always on premises to gladly give help when needed and to oversee proper use of equipment.

Personal training is NOT included with membership.

Kids between 16-18 must have parents permission & signature;
under 16 can only workout with personal trainer.
Under 16 not allowed on the gym floor unattended.

We are fully equipped with top of the line professional grade gym equipment, including Cybex, Flex & Life Fitness. Our equipment includes a Dual Cable Pulley System, Smith machine, Thrust Squat, Inverted Leg Press (OLD school!), Power Rack, Cybex circuit area and so much more!

There are private changing areas & a single shower in each bathroom.
